The focus of a leader is to transform the people working in an organization as well as the organization at large. When an organization and the people in the organization are transformed, achieving the organizational goals becomes easy.
It is common for people to achieve their goals after they are motivated. There are different things that motivate different people to achieve different things. For instance, bosses are motivated to achieve what they want by the set standards if an organization as well as intended results. It is possible for standards and intended results to change and hence make a boss lose his or her motivation. It is hard for a person to stop cherishing the values he or she cherishes.
